Privacy policy

• Your name, email address and mobile number, so we can confirm and deliver your order and contact you about it.
• Your delivery address and PIN code, so the courier can reach you.
• Your order history: what you bought, when, and what you paid.
• Basic analytics about how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed.

We never see your payment details. Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank credentials are entered directly with Razorpay and never reach our systems. We receive only a payment reference and whether the payment succeeded.

We use your data to fulfil your order, provide support, meet tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

• Our courier partner, to deliver your parcel — name, address and phone number only.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores its data.
• A tax or legal authority, where we are required by law to disclose it.

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to retain.

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@decantsbyurusa.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This site stores your shopping bag and your light or dark theme preference in your own browser. That data stays on your device and is not sent to us. Analytics may set cookies to measure site usage.
