Shipping policy

• Flat shipping of ₹99 on every order.
• Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above.
• The exact charge is confirmed at checkout before you pay.

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location.
• Decants are filled by hand once your order is confirmed, which is why dispatch is not instant.
• Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.

A tracking number is added to your order as soon as it ships, and emailed to you. You can view your order at any time using your order number and the email address you ordered with.

We ship to serviceable PIN codes across India. We do not currently ship internationally. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partner, we will contact you and refund the order in full.

• If a delivery attempt fails because nobody is available, the courier will normally reattempt. After repeated failed attempts the parcel returns to us.
• Where a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we refund the order value. The shipping charge is not refunded.
• Courier delays caused by weather, strikes or regional restrictions are outside our control, though we will always help you chase a delayed parcel.
